we will file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement item within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). Instead of waiting for the carrier to investigate, we ship your replacement item in advance. Our team will process the claim and work directly with the carrier. The carrier will conduct the investigation as usual and may contact you with additional information.

If you DO NOT purchase Shipping Protection,

we will file a claim with the carrier and initiate an internal investigation. The internal investigation takes 3 business days (Mon-Fri). If you're concerned about theft, please purchase shipping protection or provide a delivery address at a business or other secure location. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages.
